The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Wang Manqiu of Faraday College. In her opening remarks, she made clear that the Faraday Academy is not only a high-quality platform for knowledge dissemination, but also a fertile ground for each Faraday to develop lifelong learning habits and realize self-transformation. "We are always committed to making every struggler a success, so that every effort can blossom in value." Zheng Jurong, president of the Faraday Academy and chairman of Faraday, delivered an impassioned speech before the start of the class. Zheng stressed that grassroots squad leaders are the core pillars of the company's production and operations, and this five-star squad training project is the strategic layout of the company for long-term development. After the opening ceremony, the first class "Role Awareness of Team Leader" was held as scheduled. From the overall perspective of enterprise management, the lecturer Zhu deeply dissected the core values and positioning of the group leader in multiple dimensions. The system explains the team leader competency model, common management misconceptions and how to solve them, and organizes group discussions and in-depth review. At the same time, Mr. Zhu also revolved around the core work content of class leader and the "four energy reserves" (professional competence, Management ability, communication ability, innovation ability) and the eight principles of work promotion. The content is rich and practical, the explanation is vivid and easy to understand, so that the trainees have a new and profound understanding of the role of team leader, and open up new ideas for subsequent learning and work.
