Toward Excellence: Farady Launches Phase I of Excellent Operations System

On December 12, Farady Electric Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Jod Management Consulting, held the launch meeting for the first phase of the "Excellent Operational Management System" project, advancing operational transformation through three core modules.

The company's management, core project members, and the Jod Management Consulting team gathered together to inaugurate the upgrade of the operational management system and the construction of organizational capabilities. This phase of the project focuses on three core modules: business planning, the Five-Star Team initiative, and human resources optimization. Guided by the principle of "implementing business objectives and energizing the organization," the initiative aims to build a comprehensive operational management upgrade system, supporting the company’s strategic goal of "becoming a global benchmark in the manufacturing of line voltage regulators."


During the launch meeting, Mr. Wang from Jod Management Consulting provided an in-depth interpretation of the project modules, expressing the hope to co-create value with the Farady team. Subsequently, Mr. Zheng Jurong, Chairman of Farady, delivered a speech in which he comprehensively outlined the company’s 2026 annual plan and strategic blueprint for the coming three years, providing clear direction for the project.
